- Step 1 : First take 2 - 3 boiled potatoes mashed in mixing bowl and add 1/4 th cup chopped onion and grated carrots 4 -5 tbsp..
- Step 2 : Now add 1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp garam masala,1/2tsp red chilli powder and 1/2tsp chat masala..mix well..
- Step 3: now take Pan and add 2tbsp oil add mustard seeds 2 tbsp and add potato mixture and fry for 3 -4 mins and take out in a bowl and keep aside..
- Step 4: Now take left over rotis and roast on tawa for 2 - 3 mins and take them out in a plate and spread tomato sauce 2 tbsp and add 2 tbsp potato mixture and fold one side..
- Step 5 : Now fold another side also and fold roti from both 4 sides like parcel as shown in the picture..
- Step 6: Now keep folded rotis in a plate and add 2 tbsp oil on tawa and roast rotis..
- Step 7: roast stuffed chapatis from both sides till golden brown and crispy and take them out in a serving plate and brush them from ghee or melted butter on top of rotis and garnish with tomato sauce and serve hot.. perfect breakfast recipe..we all have left over rotis at home.. don't throw them and make this healthy and easy time saving breakfast recipe..do try..
