Steps to make Daal Parantha:
- Take leftover Daal in a mixing bowl.
- Add chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves.
- Add 1 bowl of wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder and carom seeds.
- Knead a dough. Keep aside for half an hour.
- Now take a small portion of dough and make small balls of dough.
- Roll it with the help of rolling pin and apply cooking oil and fold. Apply cooking oil again on half fold and fold again. Now roll again and make triangle shaped paratha.
- Heat griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and place rolled paratha and roast on medium flame.
- Flip the side roast from other side and apply oil on both sides.
- Likewise make all the parathas and serve hot with butter or curd.
