Instructions to make SailMani:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and roast mustard seeds till they start splittering
  2. When they start splittering add green chilliez and curry leaves.
  3. Saute for few secs. Then add tomato puree and dry masalas.
  4. Let it cook on low flame till tomatoes are combined well with masalasa and oil seperates.
  5. Now make small pieces of chappaties add to the tomato gravy
  6. Mix it well and cook for few mins.
  7. Now add atleast 2 glasses of water and let it cook
  8. Cook till chappaties are tender and mixed with the tomato gravy.
  9. If you want make it dry or can have little thick gravy.
  10. Enjoy hot. - Have as your breakfast.
