- Now add red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, coriander Powder. Mix it well.
- Now add dry roasted gram flour. Mix it well. Roast it for 5 min. The filling is ready. Let it cool down.
- For Dough: Take a mixing bowl. Add both the flour. Add salt, ghee. Mix it well like bread crumbs. Add little water and make not soft nor to hard dough.
- Take lemon sized Dough ball. Roll it like a Puri on rolling pin. Put 2 tsp of filling on it. Close the Puri.
- Now slight roll it with very soft hand. Same way make all Kachoris. Meanwhile keep a pan for deep frying on medium flame.
- Deep fry it on medium flame.
- Once the Kachori is done serve hot with Chutney
