- Take a tadka pan add oil then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds saute then add onion fry for 1min then add curry leaves and sambhar masala turn off the flame.
- Add the Tadka in sambhar then add tamarind pulp mix it well.
- Maa ki pasand Sambhar is ready serve it with chawl.
