  1. Cut up tomatoes, carrots, and peppers to desired size. I wanted originally to make a sauce so I cut the pepper and carrots tiny to mush with the tomato (i dont have a blender in sem so that's the way to do it here ;)) Im glad I cut it that size anyways to go with the lentils I would have added zucchini and onion if I had any.. I didnt have any around and the veggie store is closed on sunday.. next time
  2. Add a bit of water and cook on a low flame (i have an electric burner here so it was probably a med/high flame.. dont think it really matters..)
  3. I put in way too much water so I thought a bit and decided to make it into a lentil dish! I washed half a cup of lentils and added it to the mixture Add garlic and salt at this point (and any other good spices you happen to have)
  4. Cook for about 25 min
  5. Watch it cuz i cooked it for a minute too long and burnt the bottom of the pan..
  6. It came out quite delicious!! Eat it with a salad and chumus or with pretzels or even just plain :)
