  2. Add salt red chilli powder.Now add water gradually, keep on stirring till it becomes thin consistency. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add in the cut vegetables and cook till they are done. Mix in tamarind pulp, coriander powder. cook for a minute and off the flame.
  4. Kadhi is ready to serve with Rice. (Kadhi consistency should not be very thick).
