  1. Heat oil in a pan and add whole garam masala (shajeera, cardamom, Cloves, cinnamon and bay leaf) n fry for a minute.. Now sauté the onions, garlic & ginger paste till golden brown and add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Let the spices cook now add chicken pieces into the masala. Stir well and cook covered in the oil till almost done. Now add 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of curd and stir well
  2. Cook till chicken is fully cooked and oil is seen over the curry.
  3. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice..
