Instructions to make Quick & Easy Enchiladas:
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Brown ground beef or turkey in large skillet. Drain well.
  3. Add can of re-fried beans to skillet and mix well
  4. Put a generous helping of meat&bean mixture into the flour tortillas and roll. Line them up in a rectangle cake pan.
  5. Pour sauce over the enchiladas until they're covered
  6. Sprinkle a generous amout of cheese over the top
  7. Bake until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling
  8. Top with your favorite toppings (I like sour cream) and Enjoy!!
